Today I was rushing to get dressed for school. That event in itself is not new at all because I always rush in the mornings.

To avoid the rush I try to at least come up with what I want to wear the night before and spot it in my closet. Well, this morning that didn’t work because I didn’t choose an outfit the night before and I had to be out of my house in 15 minutes!

I opted to safely asemble one of my previous outfits when I saw a hoodie that I haven’t worn since before I went to Europe. It’s grey with bluea and white details and it says “Space Moon Toys” in bold aquamarine letters. As you can guess my outfit is not the most thrilling, after all my outfits seem boring after this one, but it works.

My point here is that sometimes, the right item to complete your outfit (whether you mean to be interesting, glamorous, interesting or silly) is in the back of your closet waiting for you to put it on and show it off to the masses.

You just have to look past all the new stuff you have, see your old stuff and give it a try. After all, there is a reason why you bought all that stuff isn’t it?

Actually writing this, reminds me of a post by Doe Deere called The Adventures of the Green Suit. give it a good read and think about those pieces that you have in the back of your closet, “waiting for the rigt ocassion to be worn” or those you consider “out of fashion” or “old”.

As for me, I think it is time for me to Tame my Wardrobe n_n.
