It’s been raining a lot this week, which is horrible because last week we had really awesome weather. The cold is because of the Cold Front 28 (of the 40 expected) and the rain is the result of a humidity wave coming from the Pacific Ocean. This means that as we are in the center of the country, we are pretty much screwed with this weather at least until this weekend (or so said yesterday’s paper (I haven’t gone out so I don’t have today’s)).
Anyways, apart from the rain I’ve been having quite uneventful days…
I got new stockings (I bought them on December but they arrived on Tuesday because of the shipping). I think they look really awesome! I ordered a polka dot pair last night, I hope they arrive soon. The wait is worth not paying shipping so I’m not really complaining. I also hope that the rain and cold stop soon so that I can wear them a lot!
Yeah, my right leg is kind of crooked. That’s why I always appear pigeon toed in pictures.
I’ve been playing around with Adobe Lightroom too. It has a lot of presets to change the colours of your pictures and it’s crop tool is a dream to work with. Alekz is more instructed on how to use it but I love the presets, they really make a difference in photographs.
The other day I had a very weird conversation with my mum:
Me: When I get an apartment, I’m going to get a dog.
Mum: No, you are not going to be one of those people who get a dog and never have kids. I want my grandchildren.
Me: o_O Shouldn’t you be having this conversation with my sister (she’s 28, I’m 21).
Mum: She already said that she wasn’t going to have kids, so you’re my only hope!
Me: o_O (WTF?)
This sparked a very interesting conversation with the Mecatronics yesterday. I asked them how they think they will be as dads to girls. Our conclusion was that they would be overprotective and super jealous dads. They even took a bet and we agreed to meet in 20 years and see how we’re doing with our teenaged kids.
It’s raining again… Seriously, how do you people with rainy weather all year long do it? I mean, I can’t. I hate getting wet and I hate not being able to properly style my hair and not having sun! How do you cope with no sun? I miss the sun

El clima templado es el mejor!. Has visto cracked.com? Hasta los aviones tienen que ver con la temperatura en la tierra. Igualiiitas que en la foto Juls! están re padres las stockings.

Lightroom ro0lz! Me tardé un poco en acostumbrarme y al principio estaba un poco reacio a optar por usarlo en vez de Photoshop, pero específicamente para fotografías es una maravilla.
